Model Driven Apps - Column Editor Feature

Posted on by 15

Currently users are able to see the ‘Column Editor' feature in Model Driven Apps by navigating to any existing view.

Is there a way to remove this feature and therefore prevent users from looking at data in columns not intended for default viewing?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Veloop,

Unfortunately, you can't remove it for specific users.

    Yes, and no...

How do I remove the highlighted "Edit Columns" button for specific users, rather than everyone?

    Hi Veloop,

    Is this button?

If it is, you can hide it.

Go to Power Platform Admin Center > Environment > Settings > Features > Grid and views.

    Save.
