Script error "onload"

Hi! for one of our forms on "Leads" I get this error:

One of the scripts for this record has caused an error. For more details, download the log file.

TypeError: Cannot read property 'formOnload' of undefined at eval (eval at RunHandlerInternal (companywebsite.com/.../ClientApiWrapper.aspx), <anonymous>:1:40)

Errordetails:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'formOnload' of undefined

I am not an IT person, so I dont really know what the problem is. Any help?

    Hi Azillion,

    Open the lead form editor and go to "Form Properties" from navigation . You can find the  onload event method registered there  , try to disable all  the onload method and do publish.

    Now open the lead forms again check whether you are still getting error or not. If its resolve your issue then you need to find out which library "formOnload" method has been declared. If you found the library you need to attached library in the onload event  and then enable all the onload method.

    Could you check with different browser , seems this is browser related issue.

    I just tried different browser. still got an error.

    Now it just says:

    One of the scripts for this record has caused an error. For more details, download the log file.

    TypeError: Unable to get property 'formOnload' of undefined or null reference at eval code (eval code:1:1)

    Seems the issue is coming from internal CRM files considering you don't have any customization.

    If it is happening for all user and browser , I would suggest to raise a ticket to Microsoft.
