Should I be prompted to roll down/create a garnishment in payroll if I designate a Miscellaneous Benefit in HR as Garnishment? It prompts me when I create a "regular"/non-garnishment deduction in the Miscellaneous Benefit window, just not when I mark the Garnishment checkbox. I've Reconciled the Update Benefit Setup but it did not create the missing garnishment in payroll. It also did not appear in the Incompletes report. I've tried this on production data restored to a test environment, and the ever-popular Fabrikam, with the same result in both. The Payroll View is checked for the user in both environments.
