Where is the I_YEAR local field for the PTO Detail Inquiry window stored

The users had an issue with PTO transactions which has been resolved. However, in the Year lookup, in addition to 2015,2016, and 2017 the see year 0 listed. This is causing an invalid year error '-1' in date function error. Where can we find and remove the reference to year 0? Thanks!

We found Payroll transactions in the PTO30100 table with a check date of 1900-01-01. I am not sure why those had an issue but they apparently have been an issue for several months. Thanks!
