Problem to close purche line ""Cannot edit a record in Purchase orders (PurchTable). An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record.""

Hello everyone,
I hope you are fine
So, I want to close a purchase line in the purchase order by changing deliver the remainder to Zero.

But it sends me an error message "Cannot edit a record in Purchase orders (PurchTable). An update conflict occurred due to another user process deleting the record or changing one or more fields in the record."

    You would get this error if the data on the PO have changed in the meantime you are trying to  use the function delivery remainder.

    If you close and reopen the form and try again would you get the same error?

    This can happen if for example multiple users are working on  the same PO and modifying quantities or prices or other fields

    The buyer's account is disconnected, So I use my account as a system administrator, and I try it, but it's still the same error message.

    Do you have any mods around purch line? If you tried doing this as system admin (and I assume in single-user mode, too?), this might explain this behavior.

    We have already suggested what the issues might be  and possible solutions

    1-  concurrent sessions are working on the same PO line and trying to update causing conflict

    2 - a mod might be triggering the update at the same time you push the button delivery remainder causing the conflict

    If for example you can reproduce the same error for any PO by pushing that button it is likely to be point 2.

    You should be testing as well if the same error can be reproduced in other environments to confirm point 2.

    If instead it is just related to a specific PO it means that you are not the only user working on the same PO or there might be an hang session

    Yes I think point 2, because I have many  PO have the same error.
