Hi,
I am installing dynamic gp 2010 webservice for my application.During the installation i have provided the database name as DYNAMICS which defaults to GP.But the installation ends up in the following error
But it works when i Provide another db with the duplicate contents of DYNAMICS Database.Please Help!!!!!

Exporting dates from DYNAMICS database to new database is not a suggested solution.
Are you using GP in test server?
If so, better you can rebuild your dynamics & company databases with using Dynamics Utilities. Then try again.

You want to store your WS information in the Dynamics database? Most people create a brand new database to store this information in. Without seeing a SQL trace at the point of failure it is hard to say what is causing this.
Also check below things.
1. The database you specify must use a case-insensitive sorting order.
2. The database owner must be a Windows user account. It cannot be a SQL Server account.

Here I have the GP installed in one server and the database associated with it is on another server.But the issue occurs only with DYNAMICS database.I was able to successfully complete the installation with other duplicated databases. I havegone through the links posted but no luck.Please Help!!!

Did the application account has DYNGROUP role in Dynamics and company DB's?
Some times Web Service cannot be installed on a multiple server environment. please have a look on below link
