Show address in a box instead of paragraph in ER report template

HI ,

I am creating new configurable business documents template for vendor payment advice . I am using word to design my template as shown below. I am inserting company address value as a plain text where I want address. However when I print this template the values are not coming properly(Image 2) . In the Text box properties I set allow carriage return (Multiple paragraphs )to Yes, however that did not resolve the issue. Could you please point me in right direction to print address in a box instead of paragraph.

I have posted this issue on word forum as well to get the inputs.

If I use simple plain text box without carries return set to No ,it comes in a single line (See image 2) . I tried to print address in 3 different ways, which can be seen in image 2
