Hi all,
 
When I add any item to sales in POS I receive this error: "We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." Can anyone advise me with this?
Several error I can capture at Event view below:
- The Retail Server Request with request id '*-dff8-e69a-8f0b-*' and request url 'https://*-rs.su.retail.dynamics.com/commerce/Carts?api-version=7.3' failed.  Error: We cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later., Status code 500.
- Interceptor 'OperationRequestInterceptor.onInterceptedAsync' failed on the runtime. Error: '(SCRUBBED)'.
- Adding products to the cart on the SearchViewModel finished failed. Errors: (SCRUBBED) .
- Command with id ProductSearch_addItemsToCartAndNavigateToCartCommand execution failed. Error Code: Microsoft_Dynamics_Internal_Server_Error. Error Details: (SCRUBBED)

    Hello,
     
    Are you using Self hosted scale unit? Can you verify health check from below URL in browser:
     
    syntax: https://pcname:portno/RetailServer/healthcheck?testname=ping
     
    Looks like Scale unit is not connected to HQ, Do you have Offline installed?

    It's the first time my environment install POS device with 10.0.37 - Modern POS (without offline support). I can add get new item assortment with price to POS but unable to sell it...

    That looks like a generic error. Looks like Channel Database is missing some information related to the product you are trying to add. This could be either due to configuration issue or data being not fully updated. You can use the Channel merchandising configuration validator to confirm if you are missing any configuration.
     
    In either case, try pushing 9999 full sync to the channel database and repeat the operation you are trying on POS.
