Inventory Put Away quanity handled to be automatically filled

Posted on by 218
Dear Members,

I would like to know is there any possiblity and options available for the Quantity handled field filled automatically based upon the quantities in the Inventory put away document? As of now, once the inventory put away document is created, we manually press the button called /Autofill Qty. to Handle/ up on the page to fill the quantity in the Qty. to handle field.

Is there any option available / options in setups to be enabled so that the qty to handle would be automatically filled with respect to the quanity in the inventory put away document ?

Please help me out ..!

Thanks,
Saravanan

    Hi Saravanan,

As mentioned, there is no such OOB feature to automatically filling the Quantity Handled field based on the quantities in the Inventory Put Away document in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

    Best Regards,
    Judy

This would require a customization. It is not a big one, just that when lines are created the "Autofill Qty to handle" process is run.
