    Hi Waqar

Enable the print as slip check box under receipt format. or you can reduce the font size under printer setting.

Click Retail > Setup > POS > Receipt formats.

Print as slip – Enable this check box and run the register job under retail distribution.

Thank you Sharma, for your input but even trying that did not help.

    Any further suggestions please.

This is a known issue. There is no configuration on the front end as layouts for Safe Drop, Float etc is hard coded. You need to adjust the margin by customizing the Retail POS.

Yesterday somehow the print came full without cutting. I performed the start amount declaration many times and it was printing fine. But when I tried tender declaration it started acting the same way (cutting paper before end of report). After that even the start amount declaration printed with cutting improperly.

I am concerned that if it printed once properly, may be there is something I may have missed in the setup.

Looks like it is only me and Shafeeque are the only survivors in the community.

Experts, if you can help, please do.
