I need your help in the following scenario. Assume I have to deliver Ketchup but in error by a warehouse worker, he shipped Salsa. Now Ketchup is out physically and financially whereas there is no record about Salsa. Assume later customer calls and complain about this and we need to create RMA for this happening. We need to bring back the Salsa and send the correct item Ketchup. How we can achieve this using the Advance warehouse? I am sorry for such a big question.
