Is there an updated user guide to RMS 2.0.2000. All I can find online is the one printed back in 2006.

The user guide is not updated when service packs or feature packs are released. 2006 is the correct date for the v2.0 user guide.
As Antonijo points out updated Help files (.chm) are added with the CU5 installation.
You can then select F1 Help in POS or Manager, Contents tab, and view What's New for a list of changes.
There are links to updated topics which you can also print out using the Print button after selecting a topic.

I think the latest update on the user guides is with the CU5, if I´m not wrong. That would be 2013 (again, if I´m not wrong). I can´t confirm is all the info is there, as I haven´t compared the documents, but if You get the CU5 and unzip it, you´ll see the .chm files inside...
