Workflow: Delegation must return to user who delegated the PR

Dear All,

Hope everyone is doing well.

I need to add a functionality in existing workflow like delegation with different name like 'XYZ'.

For e.g.

User1 received the PR and he delegate this PR to User2 to ask/query related to this PR.

Now User2 must have only one option to return this PR to User1 because User1 wants the answer from User2.

In delegation if User2 approve the PR then User1 doesn't get any answer his query and PR go to next step.

Is there any option available in AX, if need customization then how i can achieve it ?

Hi Rahat,

Check whether you can achieve the same by using workflow hierarchy.
