Get data from SQL server inserting a new column related to an existing excel table

I have an excel connected with Navision made long time ago for another person, what I need to do now is add to the same table 2 more columns related to the same info and table.

I have tried all the options in the menu, but is only adding independently column info, not actually related with the rows in the table, can someone help me to know how update the same table with extra data in another column ?

The table was exported from Navision pressing CONTROL+E-

Then we can refresh in Excel :

But I would like to see what filters where applied to that table before exporting from Nav to Excel. And also make editions to that., to add more information -

Hi, Another possibility is that is it using VBA? You can check if there is any special processing in the following menu.

The solution to this depend on what method are used to query the data from the SQL server into Excel.

Is it happening through a ODBC connection? If that is the case then you have to modify the query that this ODBC connection is running.

If you can not figure out how it is originally done you can also consider creating a new ODBC query instead of modifying the old one.
