Unable to find Posted transactions for Project

For this particular Project if we click on Item task> PO we can find the related POs as shown in the next screenshot

For this particular project we have these POs posted

But when I look into posted transaction I cannot see any details

Can you please help me with any setup which I am missing? I need to see these POs under posted transaction

Hi,

What about the invoice journal button in your second screenprint?

Can you click that button and check whether a voucher was created?

Hi,

If the voucher is created and provided that the PO is linked to your project, you should be able to see the posted project transactions in the manage tab - posted project transactions - of the project.

Can you double check that?

from your original screenshot, the start date had a filter, remove it and suggest

Hi,

You will be able to see transaction in this form only when you post transaction in this project such as:

1. Material Delivery against this project

2. Project Invoice

3. Posted Project Journal

for PO system actually do not pass any entry in project it will show you committed cost in "Cost Control", Once you consume material or delivered it to client, after that system will considered as actual cost against project and you will be able to see posted transaction.
