The following files couldn't be attached: file named. Please try again later.

When I send email from outlook web through Business Central Add-In after creating sale document, i got the error message like the following files couldn't be attached: Sales Quote 1008.pdf. Please try again later.

where as if i used outlook app desktop application for this work, no issue, sale document attached as attachment and mailed.

this issue only appear when i used mail account in browser.

any idea how to resolve this attachment issue?
