Adding Outbound Entities to Real Time Navigation

We use Real Time Marketing for all our emails and journeys. However, we have to switch to Outbound for Social Posts and Forms. I noticed that within Power Apps I can add additional Dataverse Tables to the Real-time navigation pane. Are there any known issues with adding outbound marketing tables to Real-time marketing?

    As you said, we were able to edit the Dynamics 365 Marketing app to add the side options that were originally on the OBM page to the RTM, and here are the results of our testing.

     
    We didn't find let any issues during our testing, but we don't recommend mixing OBM and RTM tabs. Microsoft has also mentioned in the official documentation that it will focus on RTM functionality in the future, you can try Move from outbound marketing to Customer Insights - Journeys by referring to the playbook in the link below.
