Hello:
A user at a GP 2013 client is having the "famous" Adobe PDF error, when trying to e-mail customer statements, saying "When you create a PostScript file you must rely on system fonts and use document fonts. Please go to the printer properties, "Adobe PDF Settings" page and turn OFF the option "Rely on system fonts only; do not use document fonts."
This client is on a Terminal Server, and this user's printer in GP Print Setup is a printer called "Adobe PDF".
I have turned off that "Rely on system fonts" checkbox, for this printer on the Terminal Server box. This can be done by right-clicking the Adobe PDF printer and selecting "Printing Preferences". It is, also, accessible from the Advanced tab upon choosing "Printing Defaults".
Still, this one end user is getting this error. Other users are not.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks!
John

Actually, this client is on GP 2010--not GP 2013.
Disregard this question, by the way. We got the statements to successfully e-mail. I believe that the remedy was to change the GP Print Setup to her "Adobe PDF" printer rather than her Konica Minolta.
She did uninstall Adobe XI a couple of days ago. I'm not sure if that was the real remedy or if the remedy was changing the printer to Adobe PDF.
Thanks!
John
