EU Sales List report - warning messages - configuration?

Good morning colleagues,

can I ask you please how to clear the below warning messages triggered while running EU Sales List Report?

Example: Customer Account 102299 is located in Germany, so my question is why the system is telling me that the Country/Region SGP (Singapore) is not established as an EU member state (which is correct).

 It seems like a setup issue to me.
