An Employee deleted TO with status created.
need to retrieve this TO please.
Hi,
Have you setup the data base log? If so you may.
I'm assuming it's deleted on production environment. If you have exported backup recently to another sandbox environment then it can retrieved. If not then you can try raise support ticket with Microsoft. My understanding is that MS takes database backup frequently due to which we can do point in time restore. If MS can restore that database to an environment and extract that particular transfer order.
I haven't raised such ticket so not sure but worth a shot.
