I have setup Encumbrance Management on my installation, and want it to effect budget control for Purchase Requisitions/Orders. I am facing some issues though. When I attempt to save a requisition for an Account whose budget is insufficient, the system pops up a message of how much the budget will be exceeded by. Issues:
- Am still able to save and/or submit the requisition despite the insufficient budget. Is there a way I can make this a 'hard' control, to ensure that if the budget is insufficient, the system at least does not allow submitting (or perhaps saving) of the requisition ?
- Currency symbol: The Encumbrance alert/message above is displaying the correct Budget balance, but with the wrong currency symbol i.e. USD '$' - my budgets are in the functional currency (my local currency).
Any help on this is appreciated.
