I remove the delete access in the security role for Post entity but it can still delete its own post record.

This seems to be a bug, you can raise a support request with MS or as an alternative you can use the workaround mention in the link which might be helpful

Is any privilege has been set other than user level or is it empty?

for "POST" entity delete privilege is empty. only Create, Read, Append and Append To are in org level

Check if user is part of any team, where security role of team would have privilege to delete in post entity.
Also look for access team template, it's a record level privilege. Giving access to specific records, manually or programmatically.

I tried removing other roles same with team but still same behavior and we don't have a access team template for Post entity
Then it looks like bug.
