Hello,

I am a system administrator. When I go to the Marketing app and click Settings, it takes me to a page with two options under Marketing Settings: Advanced Settings and Design Feature Protection. If I select Advanced Settings, it pops up an error:

    Hi mkubala,

    Please try the following point:

    1. Clear the cache of your bowser and retry.

    2. Use another bowser to have a try such as Firefox.

Yeah tried clearing the cache and using other browsers like Chrome and Firefox, but no luck. We have a ticket open with MS now so we'll see what they say.

I'd be interested in what they say—I see the same thing. A bit annoying, but I can get to Advanced Settings if I go through Settings Gear (top right) > Settings Dropdown (top) > Apps > select the default Marketing app.

Keep us in the loop. Thanks mkubala!

Hi mkubala, did you end up finding out what the issue was?

Yes they were able to fix the issue. I wasn't the one who opened the ticket so not sure on the exact resolution, but I can get into the Settings page now.

Thank you for your quick reply. Looks like I'll just have to log a ticket. :-)
