Security role to delete PhoneCall

I want to assign appropriate access rights to some users to be able to delete PhoneCalls.
I cannot find the entity PhoneCall in any of the tabs when configuring the security role.
Does PhoneCall fall under /Activity/? If so, am I then correct to assume that f.e Email and Appointment also fall under /Activity/ or can priviliges be set on these entitites separately?
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Our team has verified your point of view, as you described, the /Activity/ entity contains activities such as /Phone Call/, /Email/, etc., but the data of this entity is read-only and cannot be edited, so if you want to edit the data, please go to the corresponding activity entity.

In addition, have you tried to assign the permission /Phone Call Activity/ to the security role when creating the custom security role?

As you can see in the picture above, we have not assigned /Read/ permission to the security role, so users using this security role cannot see the /Phone Call/Activity/ created by others.

So, you can customize the security role and try to assign /Phone Call Activity/ permission. For details on customizing the security role and assigning permissions please refer to the official Microsoft documentation in the link below.

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,
    Rudy Zhang
