Shortcutkey property not working for customer tenant?

I am working on business central runtime 3.0 where i have added a shortcut key for a custom action, When i deploy my app on the customer sandbox and when i try pressing the hot key (Ctrl + F7) to run the action it doesn't work. When i try doing the same on my tenant i am able to run the action with the shortcut key.

Can anybody help me why am i not able to use the shortcut key on customer sandbox? Is there any way to disable the skortcut keys?

Hello,

I believe ctrl+f7 is reserved:

docs.microsoft.com/.../keyboard-shortcuts

Can you perhaps try with a different one?
