Yes, you can technically do that, but you'll need some development work, an you'll need to find a way to match up the recording file with the call record in Dynamics.
Client need to capture logs and thier cti provider says that we have to consume their service. So what should i ask from thier cti provider?
Is it possible to consume thier cti service into ms crm service?
Can you be more specific? Do you already have a CTI provider selected? What kinds of CRM screens do you want to pop? Most commonly you pop a phone call or a case form. Or if it's not a number that's recognized, a new contact form.
