Hi -
In our main Case form, we are using the "Similar Cases" functionality. This appears to be out-of-the box functionality that is configured as a Sub Grid with the "CC_SimilarCases_SubGrid" Control enabled. By default, the grid shows "Title" and "Modified On" columns. I can't figure out how to add additional columns to this grid. Is it possible? I've tried to configure the Display Variables, specifically the Data Source to present a more meaningful View in the Sub Grid. It appears that the Similar Cases control overrides whatever is set here.
Thoughts? TIA!
Brett
Sorry... I didnt fully understand.
So similar cases are the cases related to each other through connection. If you create a 'connection' record between them then those will appear in the grid.
I record a screenshot of the changes I did - let me know if this helps.

Thank you very much for the suggestion. After going through the steps you suggested, I am able to get the columns I want from the Connection view. However, it does not display any data.
As an FYI (I think this is related): When I configure the Case Connection View in the Data Source and Save, it removes the CC_SimiliarCases_GridContro from the Controls Tab.
When I use the SimiliarCases grid Control, I see similar cases that make sense (although the logic is unclear to me):
When I switch to the read only gird with the Case Connection View on the same case, I get the desired columns, but no similar cases are presented:
I suspect I have to configure the Connection or use something other than Entity = Connections (Connected From).
Thoughts? I appreciate the initial suggestion. It feels like I'm closer to a solution. I just don't know enough to know enough (yet)!
Yes, if you go to Setting->customization->case->Form->Case Form then you can see the gird is on connection entity with the view being shoed as 'Related Solution'
You can then go to Connection->View->Related solution andcreate a new view- say Case Connection :
Then go to Case form and update the grid to 'Case Connection' view :
