How can I create an alert on Sales orders with specific criteria that would send out an email every time the criteria was met to sales reps?

    In addition to Andrew's suggestion you can as well use alert rules.

    You can use either workflows or power automate to implement those requirements. Can you please be more specific to recommend a better solution?
