Thank you
Hi,
When you say ... can't grant security to access data... does it mean that you want to limit the data that people can analyze based on the business units they work for or some other criteria?
If this is the case then you have to make use of XDS, the extended data security framework. You can find a couple of examples how XDS can be setup on this blog. Here is one of those posts: https://kaya-consulting.com/extensible-data-security-examples-secure-by-retail-channel/

Hi
I test the step for grant Security to access data.
Step 1 : I'm set up Organization hierachies then set purposes for security by hierachies this step Company - > Business Unit - > Department
Step 2 : Assign user to roles -> Grant access to specific Organizations individually by user
But Can't grant Security to access data. I want to step for set up this case. You can help me.
Hello AM,
Here are some remarks:
Hi Thank you for answerI want to use One company per more multi business unit. And I have Problum to control separate document sequence and grant Security to access data for each branch in ax 2012 ?
Is a branch - from a legal perspective - a separate legal entity that has to file legal reports, submit Vat statements, etc?
If this is not the case, have you already thought about using a financial dimension to separate the different branches?
Best regards
