MS Flow is select ID of incorrect record

We have a MS Flow that is supposed to send the GUID of the record in an HTTPS request however it is not pulling the correct GUID. it's pulled the GUID from a different record. Most of the time it works fine and it only seems to be happening for a specific user, again inconsistently.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Please provide more details on your flow like when it is triggered, what kind of actions it performs. A screen-shot should help.

Have not heard any issue in product like that. Please do some more analysis. Try to give your Flow a critical second eye if it is configured correctly. One suggestion can be to debug step by step. See if first step is fine and then next. If issue persist, as @Wahaj Rashid suggested, please share more details how it is configured and called.

I'm starting to see this sometimes with my users, it's like the flow button has cached the previous record that they sent. Try getting the user to refresh the webpage with ctrl+f5 and see if it sends the correct one. This needs looking at, it should not be sending the wrong record. This could be catastrophic in the wrong circumstance, luckily we set the downstream system to check whether or not it has processed the record and return an error if we tried to process the same one twice or this could have really caught us out.
