Spanish Model 349 - The ERP doesn't found data

Hi,

When I run the standart spanish model (349 Model) the ERP can't found data.  (Report ID 10710)

I need help because in Cronus this report work fine and I can't see any differences with my current company.

What steps I need if i want that this model picks up an invoice ?.

    You need to check the report filters,report logic where how it pick the data from relevant table

    What does this report contain?

    Can you please check the filters?

    Or you can also run the Table behind that report and apply the same filters which you are applying while running the Report and check whether it shows data or not.
