Wrong Quantity hits at Headquarter

Dear All,

I create worksheet style 340 : PO Planner for my store "ISB01". ISB01 receive item against the PO and the quantity correctly hits the store item that is 35. Means quantity on hand at store ISB01" is 35.

Then I create worksheet style 401: request Data Upload, after completing all the process, the on hand quantity at the Headquarter of a particular item is 52. Means quantity on hand at headquarter is 52.

the difference = 17

Update me.

HQ quantity on hand is the Qty total of all the stores. What is the relationship between you statement about creating a PO Planner Worksheet for some quantity and what you have at the stores?

At the HQ level how many stores do you have? and Can you check store quantity in the HQ.
