Remittance emails ending up in Outlook draft folder - Spindle

A number of Remittance Advices of a payment run of 67 have appeared in my users Outlook Draft box, although they are ONLY appearing in my Draft box and not Sent items, we have checked with the receipients and they HAVE received the remittance advices at the exact time that they were sent?

Checked with Spindle and everything looks fine there.

Has anyone seen anything like this before - Thanks.
