Hello experts,

 4341.URS_2D00_changes.png

My client need to change the standard logic of URS. Need to show de requirements in main panel (Where in standard shows the bookable resources). And the resources must be displayed in standard requirements view as I show in the next schema:

Would it be possible by modifying the universal FetchXML?

Thanks in advance!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi eromerof,

this requirement cannot be fulfilled based on the current customization capabilities of the Schedule Board in URS.

Universal FetchXML (UFX) specifically is a query language which enables you to create custom queries to customize and extend the schedule board and schedule assistant filters to meet the unique business needs of the organization.

I would recommend to check the customization options of the schedule board in the learning module below, which provides a good overview on what is possible at the moment:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/customize-the-schedule-board-urs-dynamics-field-service/

Additional information on UFX you can find here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/common-scheduler/developer/universal-fetchxml

    Hi,

    As mentioned by Ioannis,

Using UFX you can achieve your requirement, but there are a few limitations you will face. Suggest you go through to this link.

    Thank you so much!

I imagined that it was not possible but I wanted to confirm it with one of you.

    Best regards!
