We are facing longing issues on Business Central app on android devices from today morning (12/03/2021).when we are trying to login its always showing refresh the page to continue. Please check the screen shot.

Is the app up to date? As a work around you can use the browser to open the desktop version
yes app is upto date , i reinstalled and try it still it is not working

Does it work with the WebClient version or the Windows Universal App? Apart from that, I would look at the application event log file to see if there are any errors, warnings, etc.

Yes it is working fine with we client version (in web browser), only problem with Mobile app. please help me to resolve the issue,because our sales team is using mobile app to make their sales orders. now the cannot login to the mobile app ., and is always showing refresh the page. some times it is login but most of the time it is not.
Please do raise a support request via your partner or CSP or have your partner debug the issue first.
