Please advise how to Replenish the stock at the POS location as per order instantly without going for any manual entry of transfer orders

Hello,
I would suggest looking into Master Planning (SCM) feature existing in D365 that allows for the stock to be replenished automatically:

As far as I know you should be able to define the origin warehouse from which you want the stock to be moved to POS location and the transfer orders should be created automatically. You could use it to set minimum and maximum stock quantities for example- maybe that would be sufficient in your scenario.
Very nice suggestion, I hope I can configure it to replenish as and when POS is created
