I have the same issue, have you found a resolution yet?
So what you are saying is that you need to add the owner field to the view?
Before clicking results, click on edit columns on the toolbar. Click add columns and add the owner field. click OK, and results.

I need to get visual schedule of all active tasks, which will display owning project and user who the task is assigned to

I've tried this, but the problem is that I need to know who the task is assigned to. who is the performer.
There is no performer field on entity "task".
On which linked entity i can find that?
