How can I exclude deleted form submissions in a RTM segment

Hello! I wanted to create a segment for everyone who submitted a form, but I've noticed that the deleted form submissions are being included in the segment. Is there a method to exclude these?

For instance, I designed a test form and submitted it three times. I deleted the third submission, yet the segment displays all three submissions.
 
Any ideas?

    Hi jaa,
    When one form submission was submitted, one contact/lead record can be created.
    The deletion of a form submission record does not mean that the created lead/contact record is also deleted.
     
    Can you share the configuration of the segment you created?

    Yes I can do that - I simply used the form reference to create the segment, nothing more (it doesn't translate properly, but this is basically it).

    As I said before, the deletion of the submission record did not affect the contact record.

    Yes, I understand that, but I only want to include valid form submissions in the mailing segment. I don't want contacts with a deleted form submission to receive the mailing. How can I filter that?
