Contact fields blocked on the Segment designer

Hello Everyone, 
 
I am trying to create a segment in Dynamics. Unfortunately, I can not use some fields as they appear to be blocked:
 
 
Those fields contain sensitive data, which is why they have field-level security applied to it.
 
Is there a way to enable those fields to be used on segments? 

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

    Hi Daniel ft-k Montiel,
     
    Fields protected by field-level security cannot be accessed if you do not have enough permissions.
    So here are two solutions:
    1)Contact a user with the Administrator security role to request that to add yourself to the column security profile.
    2.Try to create a calculated field:
