Phone Call Activity By workflow?

hello,

I want to be a email when Phone call incoming but received by other person not by Owner. So when other person received call then email sent to the owner that "an other person received call" by which how I complete this process plz help me...

Its a Phone call Activity , owner:-admin,

When phone call incoming from xyz customer then owner has not received this call, this call taken by admin2, so when phone call activity created then the email sent to admin automatically .
