    Hi Tin,

Do I understand you correctly if I think that all emails should be sent from the address of the team the user is a part of? Can users never be part of several teams?

    Regards

    Hi,

you can define a default queue on user level. This will then be used by default when sending out new mails, but could also be changed by the user before sending.

You need to setuo queues for each of these group addresses.

    Hello Rickard,

yes,all email will send from the specific team vice.
Here will not having any case where user not belongs to any team.
Suppose whenever sale guy will send and mail it should be sent from sales@test.com.
whenever marketing guy will send and mail it should be sent from marketing@test.com.
whenever Admin guy will send and mail it should be sent from admin@test.com.

Now i am configure a single mail id so my system will sending every time from a specific mail id.

    Hi,

that fits perfectly to the scenario for defining a default queue for each user, which is used for sending out mails.

We have the exact same setup on our side.

You would have to setup a queue for each group mailbox like marketing or sales.

Then you could set the default queue for each marketing user to the marketing queue and so on.

For the "migration" you could setup an on demand workflow on the user entity with an update record step, where you define the default queue (under set properties).

Then you can perform advanced find for all users assigned to e.g. marketing team and assign the marketing queue via the on demand workflow to them a.s.o.

    Thanks Thomas,

But the thing is that I dont know how it can do.

Recently I had made email server side sync. configuration by gmail A/C.

But how to setup a queue for each group mailbox like marketing or sales.

Can you please send me the steps, your response is appreciated.

    Hi,

Setting up a Queue is described in following article:

    www.microsoft.com/.../create-or-edit-a-queue.aspx

Setting up Server side sync for a Queue should work the same like for a Mailbox. I can't tell in Detail, since I am using email router instead.
