Creating warehouse is disable

When I try to Create a New record here in Inventory management > setup > inventory Breakdown > warehouse Here when i click on new the warehouse Field is grayed out can you please help.

    Is the field made read-only with help of a personalization? Are you aware if there are any customizations on this form or table implemented?

    There is no customizations in the form and table. 
    And the field is not set on read-only

    Permissions: Ensure that your user account has the necessary permissions to create new warehouse records. Check your security roles and verify that you have the appropriate privileges for warehouse setup.
    Record Already Exists: Check if a warehouse record with the same identifier already exists. F&O might prevent the creation of duplicate records. If necessary, try searching for an existing warehouse with the same details.
    Data Integrity: Confirm that the data in related fields (e.g., Warehouse ID, Name) is entered correctly and meets any defined criteria or constraints. Incorrect or incomplete information might prevent the creation of a new record.

    I don't know how but when I try to create a record in inventlocation table for creating the warehouse the grayed out field is get enabled.
