'This application has failed to start because sqlncli10.dll was not found.'

To fix sqlncli10.dll error and associated error messages, you have to analyze the nature and causes how the problems origins. You can replace the missing sqlncli10.dll file from another operating system and re-start the program or reboost your computer. Cause :Either the report viewer extensions is not installed or incorrect version is installed.
Solution:
Check if ReportViewer is installed on the CRM server.
download it from below link and install looking at the version mentioned in the error message

Also verify the following dll's in GAC
Microsoft.ReportViewer.Common.dll
Microsoft.ReportViewer.WebForms.dll
Microsoft.ReportViewer.ProcessingObjectModel.dll
