MS Flow Is not getting triggered on the phone call activity status(change) complete.

Hi,

I just want to create a follow-up (phone call)activity on the status change(Complete) of phone call activity. But MS flow is not getting triggered on the status complete of phone call.

Condition of Ms Flow mentioned below:

1.) In the phone call form "follow-up Activity type" should be Phone(value=1).

2.) Flow trigger condition should be status= complete(Statecode=1).

    Hi Cynoteck,

    You can try to remove the white space after attribute—statecode.

    At the beginning, my flow is not getting triggered either and it provides following error:“The following filtering attributes are not valid in entity phonecall: statecode

    Then I found out that there is indeed a blank after the property.

    Then i removed white space in the flow 'column filter', the flow run successfully.
