Is there a way to efficiently share multiple dashboards with a staff person. Currently we are accessing each dashboard (and all related advance finds) to share.

Thank you for your query.
Personal Dashboards and Views needs to be shared to users/teams.
Better approach is to create System Views and System Dashboards (in the Solution), this way you can control access based on the Security Roles.
This means, if your users have appropriate access, they can access the System Views (no need to share individually).
For System Dashboards, you can enable it to all users or selected roles.

On a side note, if you need to move personal Dashboards/Charts/Views between environments, following XRM Toolbox Plugin is awesome:

Unfortunately, there is no way to share individual dashboards in bulk.
We have to access each dashboard in turn and share them.
Another way is to create the same system dashboard and enable security roles in the solution. But its no less quick than sharing dashboards one by one.
