How to Retain javaScript events for Bulk Edit in CRM View

(0) ShareShare

Posted on by

When I multi-select records in a CRM view and edit them, the same CRM form appears.

However, business logic within javaScript events are bypassed.   I need them to ensure the changes made by users conform to our business requirements.

How to overcome this?

Tiong

    Thank you.

In my CRM form, I have 3 required Date fields and I will check for business conformance via onchange event when all fields are entered.  For e.g, Start Date cannot be earlier than End Date etc.

In the bulk edit mode, the required field check is bypassed, hence i cannot perform the cross field check under this mode.  Am I correct to say this and how to overcome it?

I am new and started exploring CRM since last month.  Plug-in is totally new to me.  I will study this option to see if my requirement on bulk edit mode can be met.
