I created a flow, when a record is selected, in the payment panel.
And then create a excel report using the data field in the selected payment.
However, I cannot get the email details, which need to lookup into the "contact", what is the setting I need to do in order to get the email address?

From payment child record, you can expand the parent contact record lookup to get the email field value.
[Organization URI]/api/data/v9.0/new_payments?$select=new_name&$expand=new_contactid($select=contactid,fullname,emailaddress)
