    Hi Roman,

I have also seen this when using a 64 bit version of Outlook when GP requires the 32 bit version to be used.

    Hope this helps,

    Adam

    Hi Roman,

Did you try the following article:

KB 852539            The Send To: Mail Recipient (PDF) option remains grayed out on all workstations when Adobe Acrobat Writer is installed
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/852539

Also, if you are using GP2013 the System Requirements list Adobe X as the required writer version:

    https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/documentation/systemrequirements/MDGP2013_System_Requirements.htm

Finally, I believe there is a bug for GP2013 out there when emailing PDF statements. I’m not quite sure if that affects invoices too, but you could ask Microsoft to see if they have a known bug on this.

    Good luck!
    William
