I just need to upload an image to Business Central directly from an image I have in my AL Project (code base). Most tutorials I've seen create an action for doing this, but I just want it to upload as soon as I deploy to my sandbox.

Hi, This is because, the SaaS version cannot read local files and requires some operations on the UI.
Of course, there are many options for automatic.
Like the example below (Upload an image from URL), you can use Install codeunit to make it automatic with a slight modification.
