    Hi Andrew,

    1. In Store Operations Manager, go to File | Configuration | Options | POS Options and then uncheck Print no sale receipt.

    2. In Store Operations Manager, press F1 to bring up the Help Manual and review the section on implementing Vouchers.

    3. From the Journal, you can reprint X and Z reports to a full page printer if needed.

Make sure that you have selected the correct format for each type of sale.  Database | Registers | Receipt Formats | 40 column.

Also make sure its says No Sale on the receipt and not Cancelled or Aborted.

Another option you have is to set Receipt Printer 2 as only printing a x-z out.  Download this 80 column 2 column wide x-z into the Receipts folder; dl.dropbox.com/.../CPT%20X-Z%2080%20Col%20%202%20Col.xml

Next go to your Full Page receipt and select the download in the Report field.  Finally set up you register's printer 2 as the full page receipt and point it to the laser/inkjet printer.

Now it will print your x-z to the full page printer.
